Who am I?

I am Marlin Austin, Sr. founder of The Help Outreach Center, Pastor of the Anointed House of Prayer (AHOP), Author of From Sinner to Saint, Professional Public Speaker Life Coach, and husband to a fearfully and wonderfully made woman for fifteen years and I have been rewarded with three awesome children. The many hats that I wear have equipped me with an elasticity of skills, strengths, and abilities to communicate across multiple platforms and this is why I am excited to share my experience with you.

As a life coach, my mission is to help individuals unlock their full potential and live the life they've always dreamed of.

I have worked with individuals from all walks of life, helping them to identify and achieve their goals in areas such as career development, relationships, and personal growth. I am dedicated to building a strong and trusting relationship with each client, and take pride in helping them to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential.

It’s Important to Invest in What you Value.

From speaking during formal events to informally motivating coworkers, strangers in the grocery store, gym, or flea market, for the last 12 years, I have been building and investing in my craft. In 2021, I received my AA degree in Allied Human Services Human Resource. Soon after that, I became an Ordained Reverend, a Certified Substance Use Counselor, and Youth Counselor. Through all these assignments, my public speaking skills grew. Now, I feel compelled to share valuable insight into how you can be better person.

Accountability!

As a life coach, I am accountable for reminding you about your ambitions and goals and sharing with you the tools needed to build. If you are coachable, you are willing to allow someone else to offer you feedforward advice and before you act on that advice, you will pause and reflect on the information you received.  This is the first thing I emphasize as a life coach.  I’m not here to tell you what to do or not to do, I am here to offer you accountability.
